We would recommend to book your room directly at one of these hotels, naming "PRISE Conference" as reservation code for using the contingent at the reduced rate. The rooms are guaranteed until March, 25^th 2008.
After that date you can still make use of the reduced price for conference attendees at these hotels, but the availability of rooms may be limited.
